No more ascetic by the way
I was so busy this week that I forgot to mention that my computer has been returned (repaired) this Monday, only three days (or one working day actually) after I brought it. When I first received the mail I was quite worried because I played bluff with them:
According to your colleague at the telephone, it's the TS2377 problem and he said that I don't have to pay for the repairs neither the inspection fees (680$!!!)
The truth is that I called no one, I've made my own inspection and eventually reached that conclusion, the "neither the inspection fees (680$!!!)" was just a small application of "nothing ventured, nothing gained". Finally, it turned out that I was right, it indeed was NVIDIA's fault and the LogicBoard has been replaced free of charge.
But I'm still amazed by the speed with which their fix the Mac, if you have any problems with your Apple product in HK I strongly suggest that you contact CASE (Official Apple Service Provider at Quarry Bay MTR Station).
